The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders for the provision of recurring services prior to works, namely geotechnical, geological, topographical, land and bathymetric studies on the territory of the CAESM

The services aimed at soil reconnaissance consist of carrying out sounding campaigns, tests and measurements in places or laboratories and the provision of the corresponding factual reports. These studies, which are necessary for development operations carried out by the southern area, are in the majority of cases linked to standard G11 or G12 missions that can be ordered consecutively or even simultaneously

The purpose of the services is to carry out topographical, land and bathymetric studies made necessary for the development operations carried out by the Southern Area. The studies consist of the following:

1. For the topographical part, preparatory work (collection of documents, layonage, brush clearing and tree pruning), surveys with attachment to the NGM systems of Martinique with production of topographic plans at various scales, altimetry and planimetric surveys attached to the NGM systems of Martinique;

2. For the land part, the preparatory work of the parcel state, surveying and demarcation;

3. For the bathymetric part, surveys of coastal zones with a link to the U.T.M and N.G.M systems within the framework of the development plan for the anchorage areas of the southern area
