Description:
Acquisition of laser components necessary for the operation and control of a quantum computing platform based on cold atoms.
Acquisition of laser components and their integration for the assembly of a quantum computing platform based on cold atoms

The purpose of this contract is the acquisition of certain components necessary for the operation of the AQCESS quantum computing platform and, in particular, the operation and control of the quantum computer. The aqcess Quantum Computer will be fully controlled by a narrow-linewidth laser field system, the quality of which directly determines the fidelity of feasible gate operations

sources laser

It is a fully integrated, rack-based, narrow-line-width tunable laser system for a quantum processor based on potassium and ytterbium atoms. It must include frequency-stabilized, science-grade lasers specifically designed for quantum technology applications, for robust, non-aligned 24/7 operation. The complete system consists of 10 high-performance single-frequency lasers covering 9 different wavelengths with single-mode CW laser coupled to fiber outputs

Integration of laser sources into a modular system

The integrated system consists of an optical frequency comb referenced to an ultra-stable cavity (complete system) integrated into a 19-inch rack or equivalent. The system will include one or more 8-channel wavemeters, beat detection units and locking electronics for all lasers as well as integration and testing of the 10 lasers in Lot 1
