The technical characteristics of the expected supplies, as well as the technical requirements for placing orders and managing shipping and return logistics, are detailed in Article 7 on the conditions of performance of the services.

This framework agreement sets all the conditions for the performance of the services, it is executed as and when the order forms issued by the contracting authority are issued.
