Description:
Rehabilitation of the Voreppe barrier toll building.

Rehabilitation work on the Voreppe barrier toll building located on the A48 motorway. The works are divided into eight (8) lots as defined below: -Lot n°1: Earthworks - Roads and Utilities - Structural work - Cleaning - Green spaces, -Lot n°2 :Facades, -Lot n°3 - Aluminium exterior carpentry, -Lot n°4 - Locksmithing - Metal structure - Metal awning, -Lot n°5: Interior carpentry, -Lot n°6: Plastering - False ceiling - Flooring - Painting, Cleaning -Lot n°7: CFO and CFA Electricity, -Lot n°8: Heating - Ventilation - Air conditioning - Plumbing - Sanitary.

Lot 1 - Earthworks - Structural work - Cleaning - Green spaces

The work will include earthworks, demolition, foundations, opening and new exterior design to the building. As an indication, the office area to be treated is approximately 300 m2.

Lot 2 - Facades

The work will involve the repainting of all the current facades. As an indication, the surface area to be treated with paint is 420 m2.

Lot 3 - Aluminium exterior joinery

The work will focus on the replacement of all the exterior joinery. As an indication, about 70 windows and doors to be changed.

Lot 4 - Locksmithing - Metal frame - Metal awning

The work will involve the modification and creation of a new metal structure to support an awning. Locksmith work is also provided for in this lot. As an indication, the tonnage of the metal structure is about 2000 kg., the locksmithing work will mainly focus on the creation of a metal staircase with railings.

Lot 5 - Interior carpentry

The work will focus on the replacement of the interior joinery and layout following the redistribution of offices. As an indication, the office area to be treated is about 300 M2.

Lot 6 - Plastering - False ceiling - Flooring - Painting - Cleaning

The work will involve the redistribution of partitions, the installation of false ceilings, the replacement of floors and the cleaning of surfaces at the end of the project. As an indication, the office area to be treated is approximately 300 m2.

Lot 7 - CFO and CFA Electricity

The work will focus on the redistribution of high and low currents with adaptation according to the new configuration of the premises. As an indication, the rehabilitated office area is approximately 300 m2.

Lot 8 - Heating - Ventilation - Air conditioning - Plumbing - Sanitary

The work will involve the restoration of all heating, air conditioning, ventilation ventilation, plumbing and sanitary installations and the renewal of the heat pump. As an indication, the office space to be renovated is approximately 300 m2.
