1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of medical equipment (hereinafter referred to as the “subject of the contract” or “equipment”), which includes its carrying in, arrangement, assembly, installation, and commissioning at the Hospital Pharmacy of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after Janusz Korczak in Słupsk Sp. z o.o., at 1 Hubalczyków St. A detailed list of the assortment and quantities is included in Annex No. 2 to IDW – Assortment and Quantity Form and Part III SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
2. The subject of this contract also includes the adaptation of the premises where the equipment will be installed, in accordance with the description contained in Part IV SWZ – Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter “PFU”). This adaptation includes the preparation of project documentation necessary for the execution of construction works and the realization of these works along with the necessary equipment.
