The contract has as its object, with reference to each Lot, the stipulation of an Agreement, pursuant to art. 26 of Law no. 488/1999, for the supply of devices for digestive endoscopy, as well as the provision of related and optional services, in favor of the Regional Health Service bodies referred to in art. 1 of Regional Law no. 30 of 27/12/2006.
