The object of the contract consists in the performance of all the services relating to the design of technical and economic feasibility, definitive, executive, Works Management, accounting and CRE, including all ancillary professional services, pursuant to Article 23 and art. 101 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, of the interventions to be carried out as part of the contract for "Extension, strengthening and renovation of water and sewerage networks in the municipalities managed by Uniacque - Year 2022 - Lot 3".

The works will take place through the preparation of various construction sites located in the various municipalities managed by Uniacque. The assignment specification contains the list of interventions that are planned to be carried out, with the relative explanatory sheets attached: this is an indicative list that may change during the period of validity of the contract at the discretion of the Contracting Station, without the professional in charge being able to raise exceptions.

The table in the introduction shows the list of interventions that are planned to be carried out, of which the explanatory sheets are attached: this is an indicative list that may change during the period of validity of the contract at the discretion of the Contracting Station, without the professional in charge being able to raise exceptions. The interventions can take place in all the municipalities managed by Uniacque until the maximum amount of the works indicated in this tender specification is exhausted.

In particular, the planned interventions will concern, by way of example and not exhaustively, the execution of works for:

- laying of sewer pipes for extension, upgrading or replacement of sections of the network with the construction of the related buildings, lifting stations, Imhoff pits, user connections, purification systems;

- marginally, laying of aqueduct pipes for extension, upgrading or replacement of sections of the network with the construction of user connections, replacement of shutters, construction, arrangement or renovation of wells / bedrooms.

The professional in charge will have to draw up, for each individual intervention, the technical and economic, definitive, executive feasibility project and will then have to carry out the activities of Works Management, accounting and CRE. The technical and economic feasibility project may in some cases be merged with the definitive, after sharing the decision with Uniacque.

Uniacque S.p.A. reserves the right to ask the professional to merge several interventions into a single project. The accounts of the works under contract must be drawn up "to measure".
