A framework agreement as referred to in art. 2, 35° of the Public Procurement Act concluded with one contractor.

The maximum value of the contract (over the entire term) is set at EUR 661,500 excl. VAT. The contracting authority shall inform tenderers that the maximum value indicated was not determined on the basis of the presumed quantities included in the inventory and that maximum value therefore does not indicate the tender amount with which to tender may be submitted. On the other hand, it concerns the maximum value of the framework agreement, determined on the basis of the maximum quantities to be ordered over all contracts that may be awarded within the framework agreement.

In order to be able to check the scope of the contract, expenditure within the framework agreement will be monitored and, if necessary, measures will be taken to prevent the maximum value of the contract from being exceeded.
