1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment to educational institutions in the Ursynów District m.st. Warsaw – All in One computers.

2. The basic scope of the contract includes the delivery of 202 All in One computers.

3. The delivered equipment will be in accordance with the Technical Specification, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment to educational institutions in the Ursynów District m.st. Warsaw – All in One computers.

2. The basic scope of the contract includes the delivery of 202 All in One computers.

3. The delivered equipment will be in accordance with the Technical Specification, which constitutes Annex 2 to the SWZ.

4. The supplied equipment will achieve in BAPCO SYSmark 30 performance tests:

1) Overall Rating not less than 1750;

2) Office Applications score not less than 1940;

3) General Productivity score not less than 1650;

4) Photo Editing score not less than 1650;

5) Advanced Content Creation score not less than 1750.

6. The delivered equipment will comply with Polish legal standards and approved for use in Poland.

7. The Contractor together with the equipment being the subject of the contract shall provide the Contracting Authority with:

1) all necessary cables and wires needed to connect the equipment to the power supply and existing HDMI and LAN splines;

2) warranty cards for each item of delivery;

3) copies of all documents confirming compliance with the necessary standards and guidelines that are required for admission to use on the premises of the Polish equipment supplied;

(4) details of the procedure for reporting failures during the warranty period;

5) a list of service points, including their addresses, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.

8. The Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with unlimited non-exclusive licenses for the software supplied with the hardware.

9. The Contracting Authority requires that the contract be executed on the terms and conditions described in the Draft provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex 6 to the SWZ.
