The Contracting Authority reserves the right to unilaterally extend the period of implementation of the contract to 60 days after the date set out in the contract, within the framework of the funds laid down for that purpose and to request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect.

In accordance with Article 310 of the Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that in the event of circumstances surrounding the occurrence of COVID-19 which affect or may affect the due performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contract may be amended.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 — Public Procurement Law (OJ 2019, as amended), in connection with the specification of the operation of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of nourished status, reserves the possibility of not realizing the whole procurement without financial and legal consequences.
