This tender concerns the European public tender for the supply of hardware for the Scheldestromen water board, hereinafter referred to as the contracting authority.

Description and purpose of the tender

The contracting authority intends to conclude new contracts for the supply of ICT hardware in the broadest sense of the word, including the associated services.

The scope of the framework agreements to be tendered includes:

 Supplying hardware (optional use ready);

 The optional handling of maintenance contracts;

 Handling claims under warranty;

 Handling out-of-warranty claims;

 Advising on the purchase of hardware;

The parties to be contracted must be brand-independent and must offer the widest possible range of A-brands.

Supply of hardware and peripherals.

The scope of this plot concerns the delivery of, among other things:

• Servers

• Workplaces

• Network equipment

In addition, it concerns the supply of related peripherals (mice, keyboards, hard drives, et cetera).

Supplying phones and tablets

Plot concerns, from 1 November 2023, the delivery of:

Mobile phones and tablets incl. related peripherals and accessories.
