The subject of the contract includes the delivery and assembly (as part of the modernization of the existing sorting line) of a brand new complete drum sieve (drum sieve, housing, chutes, drives, rollers) for sorting municipal waste with a fraction of 80/200mm along with a complete replacement of belt conveyors 007, 011 and partial replacement of conveyor 017 located at the waste sorting plant of Częstochowa Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn, Konwaliowa 1 Street, 42 – 263 Wrzosowa. These elements described in the previous sentence are an integral part of the functioning sorting line launched at the plant in 2009. The description of the subject of the contract in terms of the required technical parameters of the devices is set out in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.

1.Subject of the contract

The subject of the contract includes the delivery and assembly (as part of the modernization of the existing sorting line) of a brand new complete drum sieve (drum sieve, housing, chutes, drives, rollers) for sorting municipal waste with a fraction of 80/200mm along with a complete replacement of belt conveyors 007, 011 and partial replacement of conveyor 017 located at the waste sorting plant of Częstochowa Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn, Konwaliowa 1 Street, 42 – 263 Wrzosowa. 2. The scope of the contract includes:

2.1. Dismantling and handing over to the Ordering Party old screen elements and conveyors

2.2. Transport of the new sieve and conveyors to the Ordering Party's headquarters

2.3. Assembly of a complete sieve

2.4. Installation of new conveyors in the scope of:

2.4.1. Replacement of complete conveyor 007 with belt

2.4.2. Replacement of complete conveyor 011 with belt

2.4.3. The partial replacement of conveyor 017 consists of:

- replacement of the first conveyor segment

- replacement of the tensioning station

- replacement of the tensioning shaft

- belt replacement along the entire length of the conveyor

3. Other terms of the contract are described in point 4.4. SWZ.

4. Place of delivery and assembly: Częstochowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o.o. (Waste sorting plant), Sobuczyna, Konwaliowa 1, 42 – 263 Wrzosowa

5. Warranty period: Required warranty period for the subject of the contract – 24 months counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol (without comments)

6. On-site inspection (IMPORTANT !!!) - point 4.7. SWZ

The Contracting Authority requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has completed a site inspection of the place where the subject of the contract will be performed and checking the documents necessary for the performance of the contract, referred to in Article 131(2) of the Public Procurement Law (As-built documentation of the waste sorting plant), in order to obtain all data that may be useful for the preparation of the offer and the implementation of the subject of the contract. On-site inspection and checking documents is obligatory. The bid of the Contractor who, without a site inspection or without checking documents, will be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.
