The building of the German Pension Insurance Central Germany in Dresden has a total area of approx. 30,200 m² and consists of the new building and old building sections. The building complex is bordered by Holbein, Marschner, Dürer and Güntzstraße. Two inner courtyards are enclosed in the building complex. The building section Neubau - Holbeinstraße 1 has 7 levels (ground floor to floor 6). The old building section is divided into Dürerstraße 24 - 6 levels (basement - OG4) and into Dürerstraße 26, Marschnerstraße 39, Holbeinstraße 3 - 8 levels (UG2 - OG5). Underneath the building complex, there is an underground car park with 2 levels.

The building complex is used as an administrative building. It contains approx. 320 office workplaces of the German Pension Insurance Central Germany including necessary ancillary facilities (storage rooms, meeting rooms, tea kitchens, technical facilities, etc.). There are also 3 rental parties in the building.

The total length of the building complex is approximately 100 m and the width is approximately 71 m.
