The subject of the contract is the development of design and formal and legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task:

Task No. 1 "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from m. Markowa to m. Husów stage III".

Task No. 2 "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from m. Husov to m. Siedlce stage IV".

A detailed description of the subject of the Order and the conditions for the execution of the order are contained in Annex 9 to the SWZ and in the model contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ together with the annexes to it.

The subject of the Contract is the development of design and formal and legal documentation related to the implementation of the following task: "Reconstruction of the high-pressure gas network from m. Markowa to m. Husów stage III"

(a) Obtaining discharge and extraction from the land records of the property on which the project pipeline will be located along with the accompanying infrastructure (to the extent necessary for the task).

b) Making maps for design purposes.

(c) Obtaining discharge from the Local Spatial Area Plan or in the absence of obtaining a decision to determine the location of the investment public purpose to the Contracting Authority.

d) Obtaining the consent of the owners of all properties (or persons legally sanctioned to dispose of the property) to enter the site and permanently seize the property for the purposes of the investment, with the consent of the necessary felling of trees and shrubs (as necessary).

e) Development of a construction project constituting, in accordance with the Construction Law, the basis for obtaining a building permit decision or notification of works that do not require a building permit decision, including:

- land development project – 3 copies for the Ordering Party + electronic version on CD.

- architectural and construction design – 3 copies for the Ordering Party + electronic version on CD.

- technical design – 3 copies for the Ordering Party + electronic version on CD.,

f) Preparation of investor cost estimates of 2 copies for the Ordering Party.

g) Before submitting the documentation for the coordination meeting (if necessary), the location of the route of gas pipelines, dam and discharge systems should be agreed in the territorially appropriate Gas Plant.

h) Obtaining all required opinions, reports, arrangements and decisions, including at the coordination meeting, necessary to obtain a legally valid building permit or a final notification of the reconstruction.

i) Obtaining for and on behalf of the Ordering Party a legally valid building permit or notification.

j) Preparation of an inventory of tall greenery in required cases, together with obtaining a permit to remove trees or shrubs.

k) Preparation of a detailed breakdown of the distribution network broken down by diameter and length.

l) Reporting the state of advancement in accordance with the concluded contract.

m) The material scope is presented in the Technical Conditions for the reconstruction of the gas network no.: PSGJA-SSSS.773.02.02.20 of 30.09.2020.

n) The locations of the gas pipelines presented on the map sleepers are indicative and the lengths of the planned gas network may change in the study, however, the above cannot be the reason for the Contractor's claims regarding the change of remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract.

A detailed description of the object of the contract and the conditions for the execution of the contract shall be included in the template of the contract for the individual task, annex 2 to the SWZ, together with the annexes thereto.
