ZNA wishes to conclude a multilateral framework agreement for the supply of peripheral safety catheters.

The modalities for this framework agreement are as follows:

• The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum of 2 entrepreneurs. All conditions are determined in the framework agreement. The participants will not be put back into competition.

• The calls based on this framework agreement will be awarded on the basis of a cascade system:

o The calls are always awarded to the tenderer who is ranked first on the basis of the award criteria, and who then becomes the recipient of the successive calls in execution of this framework agreement.

o If the aforementioned contractor is unable to make the call-up in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications (for example within the predetermined period), the contracting authority may, according to the ranking, contact the next tenderer and, for this call-off, without competition and in accordance with the provisions of its tender, award him the call-off in question.

All sites of the ZNA network (and possibly after the merger additionally all sites of GZA).

The tenderers are reminded of the ongoing merger discussions between ZNA and GZA, in which the increasing cooperation between the two organizations will become increasingly close both in the preparation of the merger and afterwards. In order to increase quality, it is the intention of both hospitals to coordinate their operations as much as possible. In view of the subject matter of the current award procedure, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract due to the merger or with GZA as an additional client, making it possible to change the contract in the light of the merger or increasing cooperation between ZNA and GZA.
