1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and waste collected selectively from owners of property residing in the Gmina Krapkowice, including the city of Krapkowice and 11 sołectw and their transport and zoning, in accordance with the applicable laws.

2. The scope of the order shall include, in particular:

1) equipping the property with containers and/or bags for municipal waste and keeping them in appropriate technical condition,

2) collection and management of municipal waste from two points of selective collection of municipal waste referred to in Article 3 (2) (6) of the Law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities located at 61 Limanowskiego Street and Piastowska 38C in Krapkowice,

3) keeping documentation related to the execution of the order.
