The tender is carried out as a single tender, incl. The following insurance industries:

The housing association VIBO was founded in 1974 and today has about 6,000 leases.
VIBO rents housing in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg, Tårnby, Rødovre, Høje-Taastrup, Fredensborg, Hillerød and Gribskov.
Most homes are ground-floor with green common areas, but there are also terraced houses with their own gardens close to woods and beaches. There are older and youth homes, one-room homes and 5-room homes. In short, a wide range of leases available to accommodate all types of people and needs.
VIBO focuses on sound economy, flexible administration, well-run departments and modern standards in the housing stock.
The political organization:
VIBO is chaired by an organizational board and a number of subcommittees. The members of the Board of Directors are elected every two years at a Board of Representatives meeting. The task of the organizational board and the committees is to adapt the association's work so that it matches the residents' attitudes, for example in relation to construction and renovation, green initiatives, cultural initiatives and social goals.
The administrative organization:
VIBO's administrative obligations are handled by the administration. The administration consists of a day-to-day management, including a secretariat as well as a number of disciplines covering the work of the housing association. The administration has, among other things, for the purpose of taking care of the association's finances and the operation of the many departments.
