The planned measures include track construction work (renewal, dismantling and new construction of tracks and switches) at Hamminkeln station, an infrastructure adjustment at Bocholt station, the construction of a central platform at Hamminkeln station and the barrier-free expansion of Bocholt station as part of the electrification of line 2263 from Wesel to Bocholt.
Not awarded to 1 Hamminkeln station- 721 m conventional track renewal:
- 721 m complete ballast renewal conventionally;
- 614.6 m of subgrade improvement;
- 611 m new construction of deep drainage;
- 1,054.3 m of edge path works;
- Construction of a new passenger crossing at Hamminkeln station,
- New construction of the central platform at Hamminkeln station.
Not awarded to 2 Bocholt train station- 1,062.5 conventional track renewal;
- 1,062.5 m of complete conventional ballast renewal;
- 1,062.5 m of subgrade improvement;
- 2,776.4 m of edge path works;
- Demolition work on a former pedestrian underpass at Bocholt Bf;
- New building platform (construction length 125 m).
