Services according to VOB/A for high current, low current

The existing building complex HyFaB2 (Research Factory for Fuel Cell Technology) in Ulm, Lise-Meitner-Str. 24 is to be further expanded.

The following services are to be provided as part of the HyFab2 hall expansion:

• Expansion of the existing fire alarm system and installation of comprehensive fire monitoring and alarming

• Expansion of the existing emergency lighting consisting of

Downlights and pictograms

• Construction of the data network (additional data technology + cabling)

• Active technology (illumination + access points for WLAN)

• Construction and connection of two energy sub-distributors

• Equipping the ELT sub-distribution boards with building automation (WAGO)

• Connections for interface to room-in-room "ASYS" (lighting, lighting control)

• Connections for the ZSW (power connections)

• Gas warning system (oxygen excess and oxygen deficiency detection)

• Lighting of the corridor areas (where not room-in-room "ASYS")

• Access control (only concerning one door)

• Fire protection closure of the openings

• Grounding of the systems
