In 2020, the Contracting Authority, the municipality of Molenlanden, participated in the joint tender "hiring temporary staff" in the Zuid-Holland-Zuid region. The contracting authority's current framework agreement is expected to reach its maximum contract value on 1 January 2024. For this reason, it wishes to conclude a new framework agreement before 1 January 2024.
The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement with one (1) professional and reliable Economic Operator for the duration of two and a half (2.5) years for the purpose of the execution for the hiring of temporary staff. The Agreement has a renewal option of three (3) times, one (1) year. This brings the total term, including renewal options, to five and a half (5.5) years. A possible extension depends, among other things, on the agreement to be concluded later by the Zuid-Holland-Zuid region. The Contracting Authority retains the possibility to join in the interim at a later date.
