Execution of construction works in the scope of the implementation of the investment task entitled Construction of the prison in Sanok – the first stage of the investment

Construction of the prison in Sanok – the first stage of the investment includes:

1) Construction of the building of the pavilion of accommodation of inmates with installations (sanitary sewage, water supply, gray water, gas, central heating and cooling, domestic hot water, mechanical, electrical, low-current ventilation), equipment, the first equipment of the building and the necessary accompanying infrastructure.

2) Construction of a vision building with installations (sanitary, water, gas, central heating, domestic hot water, mechanical, electrical, low-current ventilation), devices, first building equipment and the necessary accompanying infrastructure.

3) Construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure in the form of:

a) Construction of all necessary inter-field networks of land utilities as well as connections and installations supplying the designed facilities with all required utilities, i.e. construction of: water supply, sanitary sewerage, rainwater drainage with rainwater tanks, gray water installation, hydrant installation with fire tanks, energy, gas, lighting, low-current (teletechnical, CCTV, perimeter protection, access control, gate and wicket control), etc.).

b) Construction of a transformer station, low-voltage switchboard, installation of a power generator.

(c) Construction of liquefied petroleum gas tanks.

d) Construction of communication roads, sidewalks, maneuvering yards, parking lot, walking and recreation areas, equipment of green areas, felling of trees and shrubs.

e) Construction of an external fence (two lines of the fence), together with an entrance gate and a control lock allowing entry to the unit.

f) Construction of internal fences, passage gates, wickets and internal technical and protective protection.
