Higher Performing Workplaces (HPW) offers training that is designed to help organisations grow by developing internal talent. WYCC are looking for training providers to provide accredited and industry accredited training to cover the following requirements:
1) export and innovation: increase in-house skills and knowledge to access new domestic and international markets;
2) innovative working: assisting individuals to drive working and employment practices that support employees’ needs;
3) empowering leaders: progress leadership skills with specific interventions to support female employees;
4) effective human resources: effective HR practices to support succession planning, encourage workplace diversity and improve workplace cultures.
Training is 40 % part funded by the European Social Fund enabling employers to access training at a reduced cost. Applicants will evaluated on their technical submission 60 % and commercial offering 40 %.
