The purpose of this Tender is to select a supplier for the publication of AMvBs and ministerial regulations under the Environmental Act.

The Contracting Authority needs software support for the publication of changes to the Environmental Regulation and in the future AMvB's. It concerns the ability to create changes to (the content of) the Environmental Regulation or an AMvB. Importantly, various changes can be created, managed and published in parallel. This must be done on the basis of a Dutch-language user interface and user documentation.
