The city of Essen is looking for a planning office or a working group for the renovation and re-roofing of the music pavilion in Grugapark, which can provide all services required for the implementation of this task in accordance with HOAI for the service profiles "Engineering Structures", "Structural Engineering" and "Technical Equipment". Experience in tent roof constructions and event planning is desirable.
In its calculation model, the client assumes the fee zone III, minimum rate, in accordance with the fee table § 35 para. 1 HOAI.
Initial cost estimate:
If: 1.475.500,- EUR + TGA 215.000,- EUR + 200.000,- EUR mvB = 1.890.500,00 EUR
Services to be provided:
Scope of services "Buildings and interiors":
- Work phases 1-3, optional 4-9
- Special services: Lighting concept
- Special services: Incorporation of the concept of the event planner
- Special service: Preparation of an acoustic report
Scope of services "Structural engineering":
- Work phases 1-3, optional 4-6
Scope of services "Technical equipment":
- Work phases 1-3, optional 4-9
- Special services: Creation of a technical lighting concept (no lighting concept for events)
Stage 1 - The following proofs must be provided for participation:
- Concept description of the extent to which the above-mentioned services are provided in accordance with HOAI for the service profiles "Buildings and interiors", "Structural engineering" and "Technical equipment". (ARGE o-der GP)
- Applicant's self-declaration of sufficient business/professional liability insurance with the following minimum amounts insured: personal injury EUR 1,500,000 and other damage EUR 500,000.
- Certificate of registration / certificate of competence: Membership in a chamber of engineers and / or architects of the federal states.
- Reference of a building object of similar size from the field of object planning with the following requirements:
o Buildings and interiors (pavilions for cultural purposes or similar objects)
- Complete processing of LPH 1 - 9 (§ 34 HOAI 2013),
- Reference of a building object with similar subsequent use as a venue.
