The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and ripping of timber to be carried out in the Turek Forest District in 2022 in the specified Packages.The procedure is carried out in the mode of unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1)) in referred to Article 129 (2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. public (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP.The procedure shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), 3 - 4 of the PZP.

The scope of the subject of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber ripping resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.The kind ranges compiled in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated. Qualitative relating to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract is determined by Decision No 19 of the Director-General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 on the introduction into application of the 'Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works' in the organisational units of Forests State. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of particular forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract provided the basis for the determination of quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the subject of the contract contained in the Annex No. 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works). Due to the actual natural weather situation, which may occur during the completion of the subject of the contract, as well as the economic and economic situation unforeseen at the moment, the Ordering Party reserves the right to make reductive adjustments, increasing adjustments, new findings location, as well as withholding the execution of the activity.The Ordering Party in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out the execution of the contract consisting in the acquisition and rip-off of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) .Specialized equipment that the Contractor plans to use for the performance of works and subject to technical supervision should be registered with the Technical Supervision Office and have current admission to work (UDT decisions). The sprayers that the Contractor plans to use for the execution of the work should have up-to-date reviews. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract - the scope of the service does not exceed the value of 50% of the value of this procution.The period of completion of the contract: from the date of conclusion of the contract - to on 31 December 2022, the above shall not preclude the possibility of exercising the powers arising from the contract after the date referred to in the previous sentence, as well as the possibility of extending the period of completion of the contract by means of amending the contract. The dates of execution of individual works (in each of the Packages) will be determined in the Orders drawn up by the Contracting Representative.Wadium per Package A is - 22 000 PLN.
