The Republic and Canton of Geneva (hereinafter: the State), i.e. the Cantonal Office for Information Systems and Digital Technology (hereinafter: OCSIN), wishes to renew the subscription of several Academic Confluence Atlassian licenses for 3 years.

The Joint Purchasing Centre (JCF) is responsible for initiating and conducting this public tendering procedure to find a supplier capable of offering the renewal of the licences sought, in accordance with this tender dossier and its annexes.
