Framework Agreement relating to:

Has. The provision of portable daily hemodialysis generators with low dialysate rates for patients at their place of residence (in Belgium).

B. The provision of a portable daily hemodialysis generator with low dialysate rate at the Self-Dialysis Center of the Erasmus Hospital.

C. The supply of all the consumable equipment necessary for the implementation of hemodialysis sessions at the place of residence of the patients (in Belgium or abroad in case of patient travel).

D. Training of hospital staff (medical and nursing) in the use of the equipment provided.

E. Preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment provided at the patient's place of residence (in Belgium).

Comments:

These generators are medical devices allowing daily dialysis at low dialysate rate, at the place of residence of patients or during their travels (in Belgium or abroad).

They are intended for patients in chronic renal failure and must allow total and autonomous care by the latter, after a period of adapted training provided by the medical staff and infirmary of the autodialysis unit of the Erasmus Hospital.

By making available, the Contracting Authority means: the delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance and other associated services of the equipment to the address indicated by the Contracting Authority.

The contract covers a period of 2 years and may be extended twice by tacit renewal for a period of one year, unless three months' notice is given by registered letter given by the Contracting Authority before the end of the current period.

At the time of drafting the terms of this framework agreement, Hôpital Erasme is not in a position to precisely define the quantities of supplies it will need. The contract will be executed in the form of one-off orders.

The quantity information is therefore provided for information purposes only and may be subject to change (more or less) after the contract has been awarded, without any compensation to the successful tenderer.

Delivery locations:

- machines and consumables for the hospital will be delivered to the Self-Dialysis Centre of the Erasmus Hospital, Route de Lennik, 808 to 1070 Anderlecht

- consumables linked to patients' machines will be delivered to the patient's place of residence (in Belgium or abroad when the patient is on the move).
