The object of the contract is the provision of a service to receive municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Sosnowiec from the owners of the property, on which the inhabitants reside and properties where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, the owners of which have joined the municipal waste management system excluding cemeteries and allotment gardens.
The object of the contract is the provision of a service to receive municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Sosnowiec from the owners of the property, on which the inhabitants reside and properties where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, the owners of which have joined the municipal waste management system (excluding cemeteries and allotment gardens), including the equipment of the property with containers and bags for municipal waste and the transport of all received municipal waste to the Municipal Waste Processing Installation operated by the Municipal Company Gospodarki Waste Sp. z o. o. o. o. in Sosnowiec at 21 Grenadierieri Street.
A detailed description of the object of the contract is Annex 2 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority provides for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 214 (1) (7) of the Pzp Act, which involves the repetition of similar services.
The scope of the like order shall include services in the same terms with the scope provided for the basic contract.
The Contracting Authority does not provide for the obligation to carry out the local vision and to check the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot with the Contracting Authority.
Terms of participation:
Pursuant to Article 112 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party shall specify the conditions for participation in the proceedings
the power to carry out a certain business or professional activity, as far as this is due to separate provisions - the Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor shall have:
1) entry in the register of regulated activities for the reception of municipal waste from property owners in the Municipality of Sosnowiec referred to in Article 9b of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021 item item 888 as amended);
2) entry in the register of the database on products and packaging and waste management, the so-called BDO in the field of waste transport pursuant to Article 50 (1-2) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended).
Pursuant to Article 126 (1) u. Pzp, the Contracting Party shall call upon the contractor, whose offer has been highest assessed, to submit within the prescribed time limit, not less than 10 days,
current as of the date of submission, the following measures of evidence:
- the entry in the register of regulated activities for the collection of municipal waste from property owners in the Sosnowiec Municipality referred to in Article 9b of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended);
-entry in the register of the database on products and packaging and waste management, the so-called BDO in the field of waste transport pursuant to Article 50 (1-2) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 as amended).
The remaining conditions for participation in the proceedings and the means of evidence to lodge which the Contractor shall call the Contractor before selecting the most favourable tender are indicated in Section III (1)) (1.1), 1.2), 1.3) of this announcement.
