1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electric buses and chargers as part of the project entitled "Development of low-emission urban transport in Iława". The subject of the contract is hereinafter referred to as "goods" or "subject of the contract". 2. The subject of the contract consists of two parts: 1) Part 1 - buses with electric drive - the subject of the contract is delivery: a. The subject of the contract are 2 pieces of brand new city buses with electric drive, intended for regular public transport, one brand, b. CPV codes: 34140000 – high-efficiency motor vehicles, 34121400 – low-floor buses, 34121100 – public transport buses, 34144910 – electric buses, 2) Part 2 – electric vehicle charger – the subject of the contract is delivery: a. Delivery, connection and commissioning of one two-output brand new DC electric bus charger with an input power of 80 kW (2x40kW) at the depot of Zakład Komunikacji Miejskiej sp. z o.o. in Iława, 14-200 Iława, Wojska Polskiego 29. b. CPV codes: 310000000 – machines, apparatus, electrical devices and products, lighting, 31158100 - chargers 3.
