The Procuring Entity plans to acquire services during which the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Supplier) will be obliged to replace the hot water meters installed in the apartments or other premises of multi-apartment residential buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Meters") with new Meters taken over from the Contracting Entity, seal the replaced Meters and prepare the reporting written and formative documents of the works performed in the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

The Procuring Entity plans to acquire services during which the service provider (hereinafter referred to as the Supplier) will be obliged to replace the hot water meters installed in the apartments or other premises of multi-apartment residential buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "Meters") with new Meters taken over from the Contracting Entity, seal the replaced Meters and prepare the reporting written and formative documents of the works performed in the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). The services will be purchased according to the contracting entity's needs and the prices of the Services specified in the tender of the Supplier participating in the procurement of services. The Supplier must have included in the price of the Service all his (necessary equipment, mechanisms, parts, purchase of auxiliary materials, labor, use of transport, logistics, communication and information technology tools, other) planned expenses.
