The object of the contract is the supply of a Cemetery Management Information System (CMS), equipped with Open Source licenses for all components. The software source code will be delivered to Insiel as an in-house ICT company of the FVG Region; Insiel will manage the solution offered, while the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia will acquire ownership of the software pursuant to Article 69 of the CAD and must be able to dispose exclusively of the source codes and related manuals.

In addition, the supplier must guarantee maintenance activities as better specified in paragraph 3.1 of the Technical Specifications.

The total amount of the contract is € 300,000.00 (Euro three hundred thousand/00) of which € 0.00 for security charges not subject to reduction deriving from risks from interference. The values are to be understood as excluding VAT.
