this consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with Articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the Public Order Code and pursuant to the general agreement 22vt01. The framework agreement will be implemented through the issuance of purchase orders. In a context of adaptation to climate change and as part of the Territorial Air Energy Climate Plan, Toulouse City Hall is committed to increasing the place of nature in the city and planting 100,000 trees over the period 2020-2030 on its territory. Approved at the municipal council meeting of 18/10/19, this ambitious project provides for the planting of 10,000 trees per year, over the period 2021-2030.This consultation consists in particular in entrusting the holder with the supply, planting and maintenance of young trees as part of the Tree Plan of the City of Toulouse
