Elevator maintenance Knappschaft Kliniken

The subject matter is a framework agreement on the full maintenance of elevator systems of the Knappschaft Kliniken. The contractor maintains, repairs and modernizes elevator systems of its own and third-party makes and provides other services in connection with the safeguarding of operation. In order to calculate the prices, the bidders inspected the lifts during the tender period. The contractor accepts the status of the elevator systems at the time of acceptance. Maintenance deficits can no longer be claimed after the contract has been awarded. The elevator books can be viewed at a corresponding appointment.

Knappschaft Kliniken Service GmbH (KKSG) is the awarding body and contact point for the award procedure. The KKSG concludes the framework agreement in the name and on behalf of the participating clients. The principals are not jointly and severally liable.

The start of the care period for the individual facilities is indicated individually.
