1. The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 6,564,016.69 intended for partial coverage of the budget deficit and repayment of previously taken loans and advances.

2. Loan period in 2023-2032 with a grace period until 30 March 2024 (repayment of the first installment – 31 March 2024).

3. The Contractor shall be obliged to grant the loan in two tranches:

until 30.09.2023 up to PLN 3,282,008.00

until 30.11.2023 up to PLN 3,282,008.69
