The subject of the contract is the preparation, construction and implementation of eForms forms on the e-Procurement Platform, development of the Platform's functionality and provision of e-Procurement Platform Maintenance Services for a period of 24 months

1. The subject of the contract is the preparation, construction and implementation of eForms forms on the e-Order Platform, development of the Platform's functionality and provision of e-Order Platform Maintenance Services for a period of 24 months. 2. The implementation of the subject of the contract will include: 2.1 Phase I – development of the e-Procurement Platform, including: 2.1.1 Preparation, construction and implementation of eForms forms on the e-Procurement Platform (implemented in stages). 2.1.2 Design and expansion of the e-Procurement Platform with new functionalities (development) along with implementation (implemented in stages). 2.1.3 Provision of test environments (in particular acceptance environments) for the needs of Phase I. 2.2 Phase II - Provision of e-Procurement Platform Maintenance Services for a period of 24 months, starting from October 22, 2023, including: 2.2.1 Provision of IT resources in cloud computing along with service administration for all e-services of the e-Procurement Platform; 2.2.2 Website and Administration Services of the application and system layer of the Platform; 2.2.3 Technical support of Platform users through the Ticket Service System (SOZ) channel, in accordance with the SLA throughout the term of the contract for Phase II. 2.3 Modification Services - under the concluded Agreement, throughout the validity period, the Contractor shall provide, at the request of the Contracting Entity, Modification Services including the performance of additional works not covered by the scope of work for Phase I: 2.3.1 in the amount of 2,000 man-hours of Basic Modification Hours, 2.3.2 for a maximum of 2,000 additional Modification Hours. The Contractor is not entitled to claim for non-use of these hours by the Ordering Party. 3. Detailed requirements for the implementation of the Agreement are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, constituting together with other procurement documents Annex No. 1 to the Agreement.
