The purpose of this call for tenders is the technical management of its H.V.A.C. facilities for the two sites of the School. This includes, but is not limited to, the following facilities:

-Boilers;

- collectors and circuits;

- refrigeration units;

- collectors and cold circuits;

- interchanges;

- compressed air production;

- pulse groups;

- extraction groups;

- aeraulic networks;

- terminal units;

- pipes, valves, taps;

- water treatment;

- preparation of domestic hot water;

- electrical panels

With the exception of gas, fire, and intrusion detection installations.

The object of the contract will be the performance by the successful tenderer of all the services and equipment necessary for the preventive maintenance and control of the technical installations of the European School of Brussels 1.
