The purpose of this consultation is to award a general project management contract for design missions (APD and DAUT), implementation missions (DSA, EXE, OPC, VISA, DSCT, ERMES and DF) and transversal missions (DES, CG, OPC GL and SYNT) in the context of the construction of section E, from the CRM to the terminus of the line in front of Findel airport
