Services as part of the purchasing consulting mission for a total period of 24 months (12 months renewable twice per period of 6 months for a total of 2 years).
With an external project manager role, the mission is to provide assistance in the context of:
- the implementation of a new organization of the purchasing department in all its components, including managerial
- the definition of the appropriate profiles and the recruitment assistance of the latter (drafting of "job descriptions", screening applications, possible participation of the selection jury as an external expert,...)
- upgrading and continuing training plan (public procurement, negotiation techniques,...)
- the development, drafting, documentation and archiving of internal procedures inherent to the proper functioning of the service (drafting of procedures, modeling of "process" according to the "Business Process Model & Rating" method,...).
- from the hospital's assistance in coordinating the tasks of the internal team to the recruitment of the new internal purchasing manager at the hospital.
- the establishment of indicators to monitor the evolution of the mission and in particular the degree of autonomy and professionalization of the procurement service
