Hattfjelldal Kommune [Hattfjelldal Municipality] is responsible for the municipal roads in the Municipality.

The competition concerns winter maintenance, primarily snow clearing/gritting but also including grading/scraping as needed, ref. the Requirement Specification Appendix 2: instructions for snow clearing and gritting (wheel tracks over 7 cm). The contract concerns 5 years of winter maintenance on municipal roads from 1 November 2020 to 1 May 2025 with an option for a total of 3 new years (2 years + 1 year).
