The city of Bergkamen intends to put the site of the former mine Haus Aden 1/2, which is referred to as "Wasserstadt Aden", to a subsequent use. The approximately 54-hectare site is to be used as a commercial, service and residential location in the future and will be connected to the Datteln-Hamm Canal (DHK) via a water surface (Adensee) with an upstream canal. For this purpose, a construction preparation / a structural preparation of the site is required, taking into account the future use, the ground conditions and the forced connection points to the surrounding terrain. An approved renovation plan dated 11.12.2015 is available for the structural preparation. The structural preparation of the site has been largely completed, but will continue to run in parallel for some time. The subsequent activities here are the expansion of the Adensee with connection to the Datteln-Hamm Canal and the canal acc. II.2.4

The subject of the present tender is the construction of the planned, sealed Adensee with subsequent canal including the breakthrough to the Datteln-Hamm Canal with inspection dam beam closure and the canal water withdrawal with pumping station for water circulation between DHK, canal and lake with the necessary technical equipment as well as canal construction in the future street "Seebrücke".
