The framework agreement includes the following:
Fixed fire extinguishing systems (maintenance) in relation to engineering design, installation, operation and maintenance.
The framework agreement is limited to the area the Contracting Authority's properties. More than 300 buildings are currently registered with fixed fire extinguishing systems (sprinkler systems, residential sprinkler systems, water mist systems and other types of extinguishing systems such as inergen and aerosol extinguishing systems with different coverage areas).
Properties may be added or removed from the framework agreement during the contract period. The reason for this may be, e.g., new buildings, renovation and demolition work. New systems added to the framework agreement must have identical contractual terms.

Individual service/maintenance agreements previously entered into with a supplier that are awarded a portfolio, and are still valid, are assumed to be automatically terminated and added to the framework agreement on the terms of the framework agreement. This applies when the awarded portfolio has such agreements with the supplier that are assigned the portfolio.
Each framework agreement supplier will be awarded a fixed portfolio. However, this may vary in the event of altered needs for both the Contracting Authority and the Supplier.
The framework agreement does present any obligations for the Contracting Authority regarding orders, scope of delivery and time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
