This consultation concerns the energy study mission on communal and community buildings of the members of SICECO Territoire d'energie Côte d'Or. This consists of carrying out one or more studies on a selection of existing buildings:

"Classic" type energy audit;

Regulatory thermal calculation;

Opportunity analysis for the choice of heating energy;

Energy audit type "Effilogis";

Energy audit type "Tertiary Energy Eco Decree";

dynamic thermal simulation (std);

dynamic energy simulation (SED);

Study of the operation of existing HVAC or BMS systems; Implementation of a maintenance contract for a site.

The details of the studies to be carried out, the name of the community concerned as well as the list of establishments and buildings to be studied will be specified in the order form sent by the buyer to the contract holder for each mission.

Geographical lot No. 1 includes the following 4 communities of communes:

- Community of communes of the Pays Châtillonnais

- Communauté de communes du Pays d'Alésia et de la Seine

- Community of communes of Montbardois

- Community of communes of Terres d'auxois

Geographical lot No. 2 includes the following 4 communities of communes:

- Community of communes Tille et Venelle

- Community of communes Forests, Seine and Suzon

- Community of communes of the Vallées de la Tille et de l'ignon

- Community of communes of Norge and Tille
