The consultation concerns the realization of energy audits of public buildings of the communities of Calvados.It is based on the recommendations of the specifications of the ADEME which wishes to encourage project owners and building managers to commit to the rational use of energy. Rational use is defined as the achievement of high levels of energy performance, consistent with the "Factor 4" objectives, based on the constructive and architectural characteristics constituting the building. This service must comply with standards Nf En 16247-1, En 16247-2 and Nf En 16247-5 on energy audits
