The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost estimate documentation for a complex of multi-family residential buildings with services on the ground floor, underground garage, land development, necessary technical infrastructure and accompanying works in Wrocław at the intersection of Opolska 25-37 and Głubczycka 2-2f streets, plot no. 12, 13, 14/1, 14/2, 15/1, 15/2, 16/1, 16/2, 17/1, 17/2, 18/1, 18/2, 19/2 AM-5, precinct Księże Małe.

As part of the contract, the following should be developed: a concept with an estimated investment cost, construction and executive design, STWiORB for all industries, bills of quantities and investor cost estimates, other studies necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract and obtaining the final decision granting a building permit.
