Town and Country Housing are looking to create a framework for valuation services to be provided to us. The framework will be for a duration of 4 years and will consist of 2 lots, namely:
Lot 1: Development and Land Appraisals; and
Lot 2: Sales and Disposals.
Contractors are able to bid for a place on both lots of the framework and we are looking to appoint a maximum of 3 consultants to each lot. In circumstances where it is exceptionally close, the employer may decide to appoint more than 3 consultants to either lot of the framework.
For this lot we are looking for a consultant to provide valuation advice on the development potential of land we are looking to purchase and or dispose of. The advice sought is solely for the disposal or purchase of land and is not to be used for the purpose of procuring development finance.
We are looking for advice for achievable market sale valuation advice to be given to us for our properties. Such properties will range from new builds under construction to existing use social value properties, including blocks of flats. We would also require valuation advice for properties earmarked for shared ownership.
