The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance service of premises, exposure areas and exhibits in the buildings of the Science and Technology Center, EC1 West. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the requirements, scope, surfaces, quantities, schedules and instructions, and the execution rules of the service in terms of implementation specify

1) Detailed description of the subject of the order together with the annexes (SOPZ or OPZ) — annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU) — annex 2 to the SWZ.

1.The subject of the contract is the provision of a comprehensive cleaning service and maintenance of the cleanliness of premises, exposure areas and exhibits in the buildings of the Science and Technology Center, EC1 West. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the requirements, scope, surfaces, quantities, schedules and instructions, and the execution rules of the service in terms of implementation specify

1) Detailed description of the subject of the order together with the annexes (SOPZ or OPZ) — annex 1 to the SWZ,

2) the proposed provisions of the Agreement (PPU) — annex 2 to the SWZ.

2.The contracting party, pursuant to Article 95 of the Pzp Act, requires that persons carrying out the execution of the contract (indicated in the 'surface cleaning scheduler' and in the 'Exhibit Cleaning Scheduler' (in Annex No 1.2-1.3 to the Detailed Description of the Contract)) be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor (if he executes a given part of the contract) on the basis of the employment relationship.
