The present tenders include area 4 and the work mainly deals with the establishment of approximately 4.2 km main lines primarily carried out with twin-tubes mainly in series 3 and in dimensions from island 26 — island 139,7 and 200 to 250 power lines. Thus, the entree price includes land, construction and blacksmithing works as well as pipe delivery. Work must be carried out primarily in residential areas.
