The contracting authority requests tenders for long-term hire of premises for use as medical centres in Løten. Both adaptations to existing premises and with or without extension/addition can be offered, in accordance with the requirements given in the procurement documents.

A decision has been made in political processes of the case as to which geographical area in the centre of Løten the medical centres shall be situated. A map with a designated area for implementation of the tender contest is attached

For the relevant properties, sufficient time will be set aside for the zoning process.

The leasing period is 20 years from the takeover of the rental object. The tenant can only terminate the agreement during the rental period in the event of significant nonconformity by the lessor. See the tenancy agreement. The tenancy agreement expires after 20 years without denunciation.
