Delivery in the form of operating leasing of a brand new compactor for Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Ciechanów in exchange for payment of the agreed fees by the lessee.

Lease terms:

1) Operating leasing.

2) Lease agreement currency: Polish zloty.

3) The leasing contract will last 60 months, including the Employer paying 59 equal leasing installments over its duration.

4) Initial payment: in the amount of 10% of the net value of the subject of the lease, payable within 7 days of signing a positive acceptance report of the subject of the contract.

5) Fixed interest, unchanged installments throughout the term of the leasing contract.

6) Transfer of ownership of the subject of the lease to the Ordering Party after the end of the period for which the contract was concluded, provided that all receivables arising from the lease contract.

7) Redemption value: up to 1% of the net price of the subject of the lease.

8) Other lease conditions are regulated by a separate agreement and the provisions of the Civil Code.
