this consultation concerns the carrying out of external inspections of works as part of the work carried out under the contracting authority of the Régie du SDDEA in the field of drinking water and wastewater treatment.this is allocated as follows:Lot 1 "Preliminary diagnoses before works" concerns inspection missions on existing networks in operation.Lot 2 "External inspections after works" concerns inspection missions on new or rehabilitated networks, including connections to existing networks carried out as part of works before acceptance of the works
